I owe the 4-star to my not researching this thoroughly. at my old house I could pull out the center knob for water and adjust the flow pressure. This one doesn't do that; it just turns from hot to cold with one pressure. It's a great product, but there was much more control with the other one. Still, I recommend it. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
