Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Giving this one star for very unethical and unsatisfactory customer service from the supplier ( not Wayfair). Tub was delivered with a damage area on the edge of one side. It’s almost a month and the supplier have not call or contact me regarding this damage. However, Wayfair has follow up with excellent customer service and is working to resolve this issue with me. I have been disappointed in Fed Express delivery. However the Wayfair Partner delivery was superb!! The glass came packed in only cardboard but in one piece. The frame came in another box. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very happy to have this shower system. Our bathroom is on the second floor and the water pressure is usually weak. When my husband installed it, as the picture shows, the big rounded head had such a weak flow that it hardly can call a rainfall. Nice black and matte finish which elevated the bathroom look. Love the magnetic handset, and the little rubber thingies on it too. The rounded shower head has those rubber nozzles too. The shower hose is a bit shorter than what we had but that’s secondary.
