When I remeasured, I noticed the dimensions are for the canvas only. The frame adds another 2 1/2 inches. Also the frame is plastic. It is pretty, and has a leather look to it. But it is plastic. I really loved the scandi-style of these prints so I bought several at the same time. All are great. Since they're a simpler style, I think they look better at smaller sizes. Also, the smaller canvas have a hint of print on the sides (see picture). Not a big deal to me, but it may irritate some folks.
