My wife and I assembled this swing set. We're experienced DIYers. It took us two sessions of about 2 hours each for a total of 4 hours. The instructions were generally excellent and we followed them carefully. It's essential to read through these instructions entirely before starting, and to follow them very carefully. Everything fit well with one exception: The plastic pins designed to secure the plastic feet to the ends of the support tubes do not fit correctly. We also broke off one of bolts by over-tightening it. When I called Lifetime about this, they quickly sent replacement bolts and replacement plastic pins for the feet.
