It looks like the picture minus the silver sheen you see on the rug depending on your angle, but it will be less or more sheen depending on the traffic and fabric fibers moving. When you are standing directly on the rug the sheen is harder to see. The rug gives a distressed, faded look so that may be why some will feel it doesnt look like the picture. The video on here is correct in showing that the rug has a lighter side and darker side depending on your angle but it doesnt take away from the design of there rug. Very pretty rug! The overall look of the rug is neutral while also adding a subtle touch of grayish teal. (In pictures it shows as gray, but there is a definitely some blue/green to it.)
