Crafted of Mahogany Veneers, the bed features a rich traditional mahogany finish with exquisite cathedral and swirl mahogany veneers with light physical distressing. Bed includes headboard, footboard and rails.

Delivery: on time, undamaged, delivered just inside our front door. We opted not to pay for assembly, as our bedroom is on the ground floor. If this bed will need to be taken to another floor I recommend the full assembly service, unless you have two strong people to move it. My husband put it together (needing minimal help from me) from unboxing to finished in about 2 hours. It feels very solid and sturdy. We got the Cal King. On the bottom are wood slats that have feet under them that touch the floor so it is a lot of support. It’s a bold, beautiful bed, but I give only 4 starts because of the wood grain. I realize the mahogany veneers are not going to be identical to what is pictured, however when we first opened the box I was disappointed at the comparatively plain wood grain. Also it is darker than pictured, so the grain design stands out even less. In the photo the panels gleam with beauty. In reality it is still a beautiful bed, and after a few days I’m very happy with this bed. Just be forewarned the headboard panel might not have the high level of lighter-colored detailed swirling grain as in this photo.
