I really like these fixtures, but wanted to add one word of caution. Because the decorative links are STEMS rather than chains, "adjusting the length" means using 1 or 2 stems. You are not given that much flexibility in the length. This was hard for us, because we found out that 1 stem made it too high and 2 stems made it too low. (We had a very creative electrician who came up with a solution using brass colored links from another fixture we had ordered. Otherwise, we would have had to return this fixture).. Yuko. These are really great LED lights for a new construction. We purchased in both 4 inch and 6 inch sizes and they match perfectly. We also changed some of the light sizes before our ceiling went out but after the rough electrical was finished, and the same j-boxes for either light works flawlessly which each diameter size, which is a helpful feature, in case you end up changing your mind on the light size after rough electrical installation..
