love this chair it’s honestly my favorite spot in the house. The leather is so soft and the color is beautiful, and the cushions hug you in all the right places so it’s really comfortable. It was easy to assemble I just followed the video and it took less than 10 minutes. It came perfectly packaged with no damage at all. This genuine leather chair is beautiful and extremely comfortable! It has a large seat with generous padding in both the seat and back, and is truly one of the most comfortable leather chairs I've owned. The leather is of very good quality and is quite soft and supple. I have both the light cognac color and the dark brown, and both colors are equally gorgeous. As much as I love these chairs, I have to downgrade to 4 stars because there is a minor design flaw in the bottom of the frame that was an issue with both chairs so it leads me to believe others may experience this as well. The chair itself is very heavy and this puts a lot of weight on the bottom of the legs. The problem is the floor protectors on the bottom of each foot snap off either during shipping (in flimsy boxes) or somehow while in the warehouse. The first chair arrived with one broken off, my second chair had three broken off. The floor protectors are already installed and are pushed in, so once the cheap plastic floor glider breaks off, you can not remove the post. To avoid scratching our floors, I had to purchase silicone chair leg floor protectors. Not the end of the world and not expensive, but it does take away from the aesthetics, and this issue should be noted, especially for the price point. Otherwise, these are extremely comfortable, really nice side chairs.
