This efficient machine is just what we needed for our bedroom. It was easy to install. We read previous reviews that said they had to cut the window insert with a handsaw, so we were prepared. It was very easy to trim with our basic handsaw. It fit beautifully. We trimmed it out with white duct tape so there were absolutely no air holes anywhere. This arrived very quickly and was packaged very securely so it arrived in perfect condition. It's much heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing since you don't want this tipping over. There was no assembly, so from opening the box to getting it going was quick and easy. So far, it works as expected. The remote has a lot of useful functions including turn off and on the lights at night to reduce the brightness for light sleepers. A few things to know beforehand.
