This worked out well for our needs. Definitely not a one-person assembly job as some pieces either didn't align exactly right or needed someone else to hold pieces together so they could be attached. The holes in the door don't align very well so it's hard to attach a small lock to keep the door from swinging outward. Everything was labeled and the instructions (mostly pictures with directional arrows) were easy to follow enough. If you can assemble Lego sets, the assembly instructions were about the same method. Yes, you need a floor. Do measure the space before buying and cutting (tip - HD will give you one free cut on the giant board. Having it in two pieces makes it much easier to install inside). We also needed a ladder to assemble the roof. It is a bit flimsy though it worked well for us as we installed this in the small space between the house and fence, nestled up against another part of a fence that does not open. That way, we're not worried about it blowing over with heavy winds. [I was incentivized by Wayfair with a monetary reward in exchange for a review]. Diana. San Jose, CA. Thu Apr 23 2026

It took me about 4-5 hours building, instructions in book are not to clear, hint use the online instructions. It is sturdy enough for what I need it for. I added plywood to the floor and installed left over tile I had from my house. Overall it is good.. James. El Paso, TX. Thu May 28 2026

This shed has been a nightmare. So many pieces were dented, they sent replacement parts. It doesn’t seem durable and as other reviewers have posted it won’t hold up in a storm without extra measures to hold down the fort. Kind of unimpressed on this one. It’s taken a lot of work and we still don’t have it put together yet. *UPDATE* 6 plus hours and a whole lot of confusion we are finally getting somewhere with this build. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I went through hell to get the assembly person to come put it together and the door is a bit unaligned. Besides that it looks really nice and I have a nice home for my yard equipment.. Amaechi. Fri Aug 07 2026

The shed was just what we needed. The assembly however was put off six different times as the installation people cancelled on every opportunity.
