I got the 10x 12 on sale (end of summer or Labor Day) for about $550 after applying coupons from a previous purchase. What a deal! This gazebo is beautiful and well rated. It came in one very heavy box (nearly 500 lbs!) so be aware you’ll likely want to be home during the delivery so you can ask them to place it somewhere convenient for you until assembly. You’ll be unboxing and moving it piece wise. I hired a handyman to assemble it after reading all the reviews saying it takes 6+ hours and the assembly instructions said it takes 6-8 to put on the roof. The handyman came with one other person. It only took them 2.5 hours! That’s about the 150 minutes the instructions said but with less people. Disclaimer that I read many reviews he has a lot of experience assembling gazebos. I also noted they went a little out of order. They got the roof frame up first before installing the roof panels. I’m so pleased with this gazebo! Eventually, I’ll get black netting and curtains and solar cafe lights for aesthetics. But it already looks great! Update after 9 months. I still love this gazebo! This is probably my favorite purchase from Wayfair to date. It was very easy to string solar fairy lights around for a magical glow in the evenings. It’s held up great through two storms. We bought 2. This picture is before we added the screen and curtain. We love them. My husband did put this together by himself, but don't recommend it. We placed them on square pavers and anchored them in concrete. They are in courtyard areas which is protected from the wind a bit, but we live in Florida, so I am not sure how they will handle hurricaine season. This year we were ok.. Tracey. Gulf Breeze, FL.
