I’ll admit it, I ordered this a little too fast and thought I was getting a full toilet with a built-in bidet. That part is on me. When I realized it was just the seat, I was initially a bit annoyed, but honestly, it turned out to be a good thing. Installation was surprisingly easy and straightforward, even if you’re not super handy. Once set up, it looks very sleek and modern, and the features are exactly what you’d want. The heated seat, warm water, dryer, and multiple wash settings all work really well and feel like a big upgrade. My only note is that this is an elongated seat, so make sure your toilet is compatible. I’m actually considering upgrading my toilet to better match the fit. Installation is CONFUSING (lots of stupid little diagrams rather than words). Once you get past that, it works well and looks nice. As others have mentioned, the volume controls for each function do not do very much. You can barely tell the difference between fully turned on and fully turned down.
