Honestly the best flooring I’ve used yet. Very easy to cut and work with. I chose to use my saw, no issues with splitting or cutting. It all snapped in together nicely. Delivery was smooth and easy. I recommend ordering a sample before purchasing, which I did. It looks a lot like slate with some warm veining. Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath. We installed some of this LVT in our master bath about three years ago, and are so pleased with it that we're installing more of the exact same product in another bathroom. The product has been durable and continues to look great. It feels much less cold underfoot than the ceramic tile it replaced.
