I purchased a this gazebo. I was so happy with it that I decided to order another and during Covid I had to reach out to to Wayfair because some pieces do the manufacturerassembly line hired me from being able to finish my project to build it. Although it was a very difficult time for people to get any kind of packages delivered they end up sending me another package and then two weeks later I received a another gazebo and when I called them, they told me to keep it and I was ecstatic because now I didn’t have to send back the other gazebo and now I had additional parts in case I might need them in case any other parts had any issues or overtime I might need additional panels, etc. I love this company because. I love this gazebo! Unfortunately my previous Wayfair gazebo collapsed due to the tremendous amount of snow and ice we received early in January. I should have removed the canopy, but have not been removing it in past years. Id simply go out with a long push broom and gently lift up each section to allow the snow to fall off. This storm was different. Lesson learned. Unfortunately, its tough to buy a canopy that includes the ribbing that holds it together and atop the frame. Wayfairs customer service department used the replacement canopy I had purchased then returned and applied it as a credit to my account. I then quickly found an open box gazebo, that in my opinion is of better quality. I was eager to get it up, despite the windy weather here in Quakertown PA, but its up and anchored to my concrete patio acquiring plants, comfy chairs and tables, garden decor, etc. (mostly everything purchased at Wayfair, of course)!.
