I'm very happy with my desk. It's the perfect size for the space in my home office. It was shipped with a damaged part. Wayfair shipped the replacement part immediately. The only problem was that instead of shipping just the damage part, I was shipped the entire section. I paid for assembly but they never showed. I was reimbursed for that charge and discounted for the damaged part and the assembly team not showing twice. I did put together myself and like previous customers stated it is very time consuming. It was an 8 1/2 hour job including breaks. The instructions were easy to follow. It took some work to get the drawers aligned but I got it done. I really like this desk. I think its great. However, I only recommended it for those ready for the technical and physical challenges and have the skills, time, and patience for assembling things like this. The instructions describe the general order of assembly and are insufficient on certain details. It comes in five boxes, so be sure to do a complete inventory before starting. I spent more than 24 hours (with break times) for unpacking, inventory, and assembly, including getting the drawers and doors operating smoothly to running, wrapping, and placement of power, video, and data cables so that they are just right.
