okay love how the couch came out! I had a family friend build this and it took him a couple hours alone. I would say it was relatively easy. however the pillows are flatter than i assumed, they don’t have much structure to them in terms of laying on them , but that makes sense with them acting as the “back board”. I would recommend adding some pillows to lounge on instead of these. The comfort of it is alright, still kinda stiff feeling but i’m hoping when i use it more i’ll kinda break it in. I like it, don’t love it. The slip cover is my favorite - it’s a thick linen and soft and really exceeded expectations there. It was really easy to put together. It’s not super, super comfortable like it’s pretty firm and the base has springs in it so it’s kind of hard and bouncy almost. The pillows are fine - way too big for the pillow covers that come with it but they technically fit. Id consider replacing the inserts. Overall, it’s fine. I bought this couch on 5/6/2026 and it arrived today, on the 8th. So far, I'm very happy. It firs perfectly in my space. Its not too big but its not small either. It's very sturdy. The cushions are nice and firm, but still a little bouncy and the fabric is soft. Overall, very comfortable! The pull out bed is smooth and easy to open up and put back. I can't wait to have movie nights with my kids on this couch. I'm very pleased so far. Also, it was super easy to put together. I thought that it didn't come with directions so I ended up putting it halfway together on my own until I found the directions lol. I'm a 5'1 woman and put it together on my own in about an hour. The only hard part was the last ar because I had to lift the couch up and it is heavy! But that's because I didn't pay attention to the directions. I want to emphasize how heavy this couch is. I have it on carpet, and it is EXTREMELY difficult to move around. Very, very heavy. Im still letting the pillows breath, is big but im not a big fan of the pillows for the back, for my taste they are to low. I was doing it by myself and found it was easier to connect the pieces together with someone else as they are very heavy. As far as comfort, the couch could use some work in that department. It’s very stiff. We’ve only had it a few days so it might just need to be broken in. But as of right now it’s pretty hard to sit on. The lay down feature is very nice and great to watch movie and spread out. My husband is 5’10 and he’s too tall for it. I’m 5’5 and it’s just about the right height for me. When the portion is not out, it’s not super comfy to just sit and watch tv. I think it’s good for the price point and because it’s just the two of us. This would not work for a large family. Couch was exactly as advertised but it is smaller than it appears in photos online. The measurements are accurate but this is not a couch I would use in my main living area. It would be a perfect couch for a kids' playroom or a small apt, but not a full size home. I resold it within days of receiving it & having it put together by a professional...also not something I would tackle on my own...it took the contractor a couple of hours to assemble all the pieces..
