Great looking couch. Easy to assemble. Came in with one minor defect on the side, a very small peel off area. Not very noticeable due to the location of it. The sofa is lovely and also comfortable. My reduction of a star is due to delivery issues. I needed advance notice of delivery for very good reasons which were explained in advance. My delivery window was changed to accommodate me. I was assured there would be a 30-45 minute advance call which we had to have. There was a map of the delivery truck’s location on the website which I followed. Once the truck had been 20 miles away for an extended time and the end of the delivery period was approaching, I went over to the delivery address some 5 minutes away. I arrived to find the deliverymen putting together the sofa in the parking area. The deliverymen just laughed when I said I hadn’t gotten a call. They said they’d been told not to call on deliveries. AI would take care of it. Very disappointing!. Nancy. Vacaville, CA. Sun Sep 06 2026

Where do I begin This sofa is a show stopper! It is a warm beige color in the neutral family, which is exactly what I wanted. This is the second time I am submitting this review, so I cant remember exactly what my original one said. It took about 40 minutes to put together and when it came together, what a treat! It will fit perfectly with any decor..If youre looking for a piece to build or rebuild a living room around, this is it. It looks high-end and way more expensive than it was. This is honestly a beautiful couch. I saw a few reviews mentioning that the cushions didn’t seem very full at first, but keep in mind they do need about 24–48 hours to fully expand. Once they did, the cushions were super plush and comfortable. We love how elegant it looks while still being incredibly cozy. The cushions are also nice and deep, which is exactly what we were looking for in our formal living room — comfortable but still polished and stylish. The only issue we had was that one of the back cushions arrived without its cover. We’ve contacted the manufacturer through Wayfair and are currently waiting on a replacement. Aside from that, we’re really happy with the couch and love how it looks in our space.. Whittney. Tennessee. Fri Feb 20 2026
