Overall I really like this couch. It’s super cute, spacious, and looks great in my living room. The fabric is soft and I love having the ottoman. My main complaint is that the cushions are thinner than I expected, so it’s not as plush as it looks in the pictures. Assembly was also a little frustrating because some of the pieces were really difficult to fit together, and a couple of them still don’t fit together completely. Update This year will be 5 years since purchasing this couch. Since the moment we received the couch, we measured and went to a hardware store to purchase a reinforcement board, that sits under the cushions. We did not want to have issues with it, and we haven’t had any. No dips in the couch. After reading the other reviews, I believe this is the only method to preserve this couch.. Samira. US.
