The rug arrived very quickly and as represented in the vibrant burgundy/red, gold and navy blue. It looks great in our living room and matches the floor and my burgundy chair. The rug is beautiful, exactly as pictured and will look great in my room. The only disappointment is that your preparation process for shipping lacks care. The rug should be rolled around some kind of tubing to prevent creases and folds from occurring. They appear to have occurred during your rolling process and sealed in tightly when wrapped. I am using all the hints online to remove them but are stubbornly resistant. This rug was perfect for the color scheme I had in mind. I feel like the pictures online matched what it looks like in person. It took some reverse rolling and heavy books to get it to lay flat but it seems fine now so hence the 4 stars and not 5.
