The couch comes packaged well in separate boxes for each modular piece. No damage in transit on mine. It includes the hardware needed for setup. The set up is time consuming and does take a small amount of time to figure out. Decide how you want to configure it before attaching the connecting brackets that should be the final step. It’s large and comfortable and with time, I think it will break in nicely. The color is true to the pictures and I’m happy with the tone. My significant other is still trying to figure out how to put this together, somehow he did this with it (see image) and currently it’s a chair instead of a storage loveseat. The fabric is really soft and the pillows are quite fluffy. They come very flat and take a several days to fully puff up. Hopefully he’ll figure out the full secret to assembly success and I’ll be able to report back with the loveseat reveal. It does make a nice chair so far. I was very surprised at how great this sofa is!!! First it came vacuum packed into a roll like a mattress so it came in just one box!
