I've recently taken up baking and recipes kept calling for a springform pan, so picked this one up because I've use some other Rachel Ray cookware in the past and it's been of good quality. This pan did not disappoint, the latch is firm, and fits tight enough that i was able to make a cheesecake with a water bath and had no leakage at all. Clean up was also super easy, I didn't even have to grease the pan and it wiped clean with no effort. The Rachael Ray griddle pan is an excellent purchase. The issue with griddle pans is clean up afterwards. Many of them advertise this no stick actually need to be scrubbed clean.
