Each fish tank is made from ultra-clear plastic, and replicates nature’s metabolic cycle by providing a healthy and symbiotic environment for fish and plants: as fish excrete waste in the tank, the plant atop absorbs this waste as nourishment, which in turn cleans the tank’s water. For those more interested in growing plants hydroponically, our tanks can also be used strictly as a planter, allowing you to add your own nutrients. Suggested Fish: While Bettas are the most popular fish for our Aqua-Ponic Tank, they can also house Bloodfin Tetras, White Cloud Minnows, Danios, and Guppies (1 – 3 fish). For Bettas, please decrease the water level an inch, giving them enough space to breathe from the water’s surface. Suggested Plants: Most indoor house plants and kitchen herbs are suitable for planting atop. This includes Peace Lily, Chinese Evergreen, Lucky Bamboo, English Ivy, Mint, Watercress, Chives, or any leafy Lettuce. We recommend using established plants instead of starting from seed. If it can be grown in an indoor hydroponic garden, it can grow atop our tanks! Please research desired plant’s toxicity and nutritional requirements before using, since fish may nibble on the roots. Please note that the plant is not a source of food for fish. Any fish food can be used but avoid overfeeding as this can cloud water, and harm both fish and the plant. Additional Features: Our Aqua-Ponic Tanks come with ceramic planting media, which retains water and supports root growth for any plant you chose. Place larger pieces on the bottom of the enclosed pot, ensuring that small pieces won’t accidentally fall into the aquarium. To add water into the tank, simply water the plant, as if it’s in a pot of soil. As for feeding your fish, there are several side openings that are more than large enough for a pinch of food. Items Included: Plastic Tank, Lid with Enclosed Pot, and Ceramic Planting Media. Measurements: Overall = 7.75" (Dia) x 10.25" (H) / Black Base = 7.75" (Dia) x 1.75" (H) / Tank Interior = 7.75" (Dia) x 7.25" (H) / Enclosed Pot = 3.75" (Dia) x 2.25" (H)

Adjustable lighting enhances fish colors, and the multi-layer filtration keeps the water clean, making it ideal for beginners.

Awesome little tank. My Betta loves it. Only negative is that the filter doesn't have a low-med-high setting, and it pushes a lot of water for a Betta, so I put the rain trickle arm on and submerged it under the water line so as not to make the water too oxygenated for the Betta and aimed it at the side of the tank so the glass deflects it. Works for now. Wil probably also turns it off at night. But the tank itself is of great quality.. Cherie. North Fort Myers, FL. Fri Jun 12 2026
