My husband and I have been working on it intermittently, and the instructions are clear enough that we can pick up where the other leaves off. A drill helps, as will a tall stepladder. Here is my review of the Patiowell 8x8 Resin Storage Shed. First, Wayfair made the entire purchasing process seamless. Their website was easy to navigate, customer service was professional, and the FedEx deliveries (which arrived in two separate shipments) were handled quickly and efficiently. The shed arrived in five large boxes, and the FedEx delivery driver handled everything with care by placing the boxes neatly in the driveway. I was impressed with the thoughtful packaging. The components were securely protected with layers of Styrofoam, cardboard, and plastic straps to prevent damage during shipping. The shed itself feels sturdy, durable, and solid. Once all of the parts were organized, the instructions became easy to follow during construction. This project definitely requires two people, as many sections need to be assembled on the ground and then lifted into place. Once the base floor is completed, the rest of the build flows together step-by-step, including the walls, frame, roof, and doors. For tools and preparation, I highly recommend having a cordless drill, painter’s tape, extra bolts, and caulking for sealing the seams. Overall, assembling the shed was challenging and took about six hours to complete. Patience, organization, and a few extra supplies are essential for a smooth installation. I’m very happy with this shed overall. It’s very well made, feels sturdy, and was a great addition to my outdoor patio. The modern design looks much nicer than most storage sheds, and the interior is surprisingly spacious. It easily holds all of my patio equipment and outdoor supplies while keeping everything organized. The only downside I found is that the roof leaked a little where the back roof panels meet the side walls. It was a minor issue, but I sealed the inside with expanding spray foam and applied exterior caulk along the outside seam. Since doing that, it’s been completely waterproof and has held up well against the elements. Which is why I have it 4stars instead of 5. Other than that small issue, I highly recommend this shed.
