I’ve had this for around 3 weeks now. The only reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is I thought the frame was going to be black instead of brown in color so I don’t think the brown looks good with the gray top but overall it is very sturdy and well may but it was hard for one person to put together so it took three people to put it together and about three hours I would say. It works great for any time of year and we have really enjoyed it this summer so far because it has kept the bugs out and and have used the fire pit under it and been able to sit out in the evenings and enjoy it.. The JolyDale Pergola provides privacy while shielding you from the harsh sun. It provides a cozy escape on the hottest sunny days. This pergola is available in all seasons, making your backyard beautiful all year round. Add an elegant and relaxing outdoor dining or entertaining space to your garden, pool, deck, patio or yard.

I have a very small patio and it gets so much sun I rarely use it. This was a good solution. I did add curtains (with velcro tabs) and some lights. Theres ONE tricky part when assembling, the part where the legs go into the frame have a slight slant, if theyre not in the correct corners, the legs go every which way! I had to take apart and move them, but wasnt bad. Would definitely help if you had 2 people to lift it and move it, but I managed on my own. Awkwardly.. Tracy. US. Sun Jul 26 2026
