The center support beam arrived broken so I reached out to Wayfair customer service and was told they would send a replacement. I never received an order number for the replacement, so I reached back out the next day and was told they had no documentation that anyone had told me that but they could now only offer a refund. Problem is, the easel was on sale and is no longer available at the price that I purchased it at. They initiated the refund anyways and told me my only option is to repurchase it at the higher price.
