We love this vinyl carpet protector for our stairs. It looks very nice, is non-slip and confirms easily to the stairs and stays in place with a minimal number of staples. These turned out great! They've been on the floor for 2 weeks and there has not been any lifting or bubbling. When installing, I made sure the floor were clean and did my best to get the tiles as tightly fit together as possible, using the claw end of a hammer to really push/pull the tiles together for as seamless of a fit as possible. Not very thick, but I got it for the garage to help where I put cars to work on. It is going to take a bit of time to lay flat I think, but that is to be expected. This stick on flooring is a medium weight material that seems as if it would stand up to medium traffic, it comes in a roll so you may want to unroll for a day or so to flatten it out and to air out as it does have an off smell to it unfortunately I found out the hard way.
