I just love this little pot! The color I bought, Shallot, is like a soft pink/lavender color, and the weight of this pan is heavy, but still easily maneuverable on the stovetop. We bought this set to use on our new induction cooktop. In two weeks of use now, I’m finding that they clean up well as long as we let the pans cool down completely before washing them.
