This extendable dining table serves as a functional center point for your dining room or eat-in kitchen. The frame is made from solid wood, featuring a pedestal base that provides balanced support while leaving plenty of legroom for guests. Its stone surface is crafted from a blend of slate and marble, offering a smooth finish that stands up to scratches from daily use. A butterfly leaf mechanism allows you to easily expand the surface to accommodate larger gatherings or family meals. It also features a two-leaf design that seats up to eight people when fully extended.

Very happy with the table. We wanted an extendable table that held the "leaves" within the table and was round when extended. The "racetrack" shape when the "butterfly wing/leaves" are retracted is cooler than a typical rectangle or oval. I also wanted a near white (but with some contrasting details) stone-like top which is very hard to find in an extendable table. The base appears to be slightly lighter brown in color in person than online, but I prefer that. Ignore the chairs in the pictures; we haven't picked out chairs for the new table yet. The extension mechanism (see photo) works very smoothly, and you can do with one hand and little strength. You can have neither extended, only 1 extended, or both extended which works well for our needs (kid comes home from college, etc). There's a tiny bit of uneven-ness in the height at one end of the leaves when extended, but probably only 2 mm (and maybe fixable if we tried.) Delivery was on time with excellent communication via texts and call and with updates for a narrower delivery window provided. They brought it in and assembled it for us. Happy with the purchase. Other places on-line had similar tables but not the exact same one. In particular, the stone top having the grey details seemed harder to find. The base of this table seems very sturdy yet is not wide enough to get in the way of anyone's legs and we have tall teenage boys. We have not had problems with our legs hitting the "leaves" when they are not extended. It looks and feels like something that cost this much or more. Recommend.. Jennifer. Glen Allen, VA. The table arrived in a crate, the delivery team were great. I am using it with 4 place settings although I feel I can at least add 1 more, due to my chairs width. Well it took 5 months to receive my new table and it was well worth it!!! The delivery/set up company-service was 5 star!!! They did a great job with delivery and installation. However... Wayfair did a poor job of communicating my contact info to the delivery company, I stayed home/missed work for the first delivery date and it was a "no show" because Wayfair gave the delivery people incorrect info. The second delivery date was set for between 11-3PM (yes took off another day from work) the morning of the delivery I received a text message at 7:30 AM that they would be delivering in 30 minutes (hours too early,) the delivery people were super nice and changed the time to when I could receive the delivery - they even showed me the message from Wayfair to them telling them to deliver my table at a much earlier time. Moral of the story - Yes the table is great and I love it, but... Wayfair - please figure out what is going on with your communication with your delivery service!!!
