I just love this little pot! The color I bought, Shallot, is like a soft pink/lavender color, and the weight of this pan is heavy, but still easily maneuverable on the stovetop. The braiser itself if great, but why not pack it better I had both original and replacement items damaged the exact same way a lid rim was scratched against the base part of the pan. Adding some more of cardboard would solve the problem.. Anonymous. Fri Mar 13 2026
