This toilet needs to be flushed twice every time. We bought tow of these and had them installed by a plumber. Talked to Kohler and also had them checked a year later by a different plumber and still the same issue. The design of the water inlet to the bowl does not cause a circular motion to form but rather just a roiling which prevents everything from being flushed on the first time. Handle looks great overall. Install was very simple and straightforward. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the chrome square back plate didnt fit in the opening of my Kohler toilet. Our toilet has worked flawlessly for 7+ years with a lot of daily use. I installed this toilet and noted it is a tad more difficult to install than a "standard" USA toilet. However, the differences are, IMO, from superior engineering - especially how to toilet fits onto the floor and the plumbing connects. Any installation shortcut(s) and for sure there will be problems.
