Waterfall edges and graceful curves at the top and bottom of the plate provide a classic, but dignified update to your exterior door hardware. Ideal for doors that are 84 inches or higher, where a standard height plate would not look to scale. The door is opened by a thumb latch on the exterior and by a knob on the interior. On the deadbolt, there is a keyed lock cylinder for use on the outside of the door while a thumb turn is used to lock the door on the interior.

This entry set is beautiful and heavy duty. We just installed it, so I can't speak to longevity, but it feels like we will have it for a long time. For those who are DIYing: please take note that from Wayfair these come with a square faceplate for the latch and deadbolt. If you need/want a radius edge faceplate, you will need to purchase new latch sets through the Grandeur website, or if you buy the entire set directly from them you can request the radius edge option. I like how it looks like - kinda old style and cozy. I wasn’t sure which set do I need to select - left hand or right hand, but the support team helped me with it.
