I just love this little pot! The color I bought, Shallot, is like a soft pink/lavender color, and the weight of this pan is heavy, but still easily maneuverable on the stovetop. Shipping and tracking notices were excellent! As described in product description these casserole dishes are smaller in size BUT perfect for us who cook 1-4 portions per meal. I’ve added pics with paper towel roll so you get better visual of size. I made a lasagna and it was a baked on mess of sauce and cheese. As instructed soaked in dish liquid for 20 mins and mess slid right off with no staining. Excellent heat retention with even cooking.
