Overall I love this sectional. The color is a gorgeous dark bluish gray (it’s darker than it comes through in my photos). This is a very firm sofa, so if you like sofas that you sink into, this isn’t it! I do wish the seats were deeper. It is a more compact sectional, though, so I guess that makes sense. The pull out bed option is great for guests or cozy movie nights. It pulls out nice and smoothly. I also really like the storage under the chaise as well as the middle cushion that folds down with a charger and cup holders. Assembly was pretty easy. The fabric pills really easily when I wash this with other materials and the pockets aren’t as deep as I thought they would be. I bought this couch on 5/6/2026 and it arrived today, on the 8th. So far, I'm very happy. It firs perfectly in my space. Its not too big but its not small either. It's very sturdy. The cushions are nice and firm, but still a little bouncy and the fabric is soft. Overall, very comfortable! The pull out bed is smooth and easy to open up and put back. I can't wait to have movie nights with my kids on this couch. I'm very pleased so far. Also, it was super easy to put together. I thought that it didn't come with directions so I ended up putting it halfway together on my own until I found the directions lol. I'm a 5'1 woman and put it together on my own in about an hour. The only hard part was the last ar because I had to lift the couch up and it is heavy! But that's because I didn't pay attention to the directions. I want to emphasize how heavy this couch is. I have it on carpet, and it is EXTREMELY difficult to move around. Very, very heavy. I was nervous because it didn't have a ton of reviews but I'm glad I took the chance because it looks so much more expensive than it is and is very comfortable and cozy. I wanted an ivory sofa but I was scared because I'm accident prone, so I got the conversational Ivory, which gives my space the overall lightness but a little less obvious if I spill something on it. This is a very beautiful sofa. The faux leather is high quality. It is soft to the touch and it is hard to distinguish from genuine leather. Wonderful, warm caramel color. The sofa comes all packed in one box which is convenient. The inserts for the cushions are vacuum sealed so that is how everything fits in a single container. The cushions fluff up very quickly upon opening and it wasn’t difficult to get them into the zippered cases. It does require two people for assembly. Support is firm yet comfy.
