I was very hesitant to purchase this. For me, this is an expensive item. But I have to say right up front - it was worth it! First things first, you may need the jaws of life to open the packaging. It was that well packed. I’ve literally never seen flat packed furniture so well packed in my life. So there shouldn’t be any worry about it arriving damaged. Second, they said “solid wood” and they meant it. There’s not one piece of mdf in this thing. Literally the only thing I could complain about is the choice of pulls. I don’t like them. But that’s just my taste. There is nothing wrong with them. And they are so easy to replace. At the end of the day, would I buy this again? Yes. Without hesitation. If I could give a 4.5, I would. I ordered the outer closet system tower for a really low price in September 2019 and it was supposed to have the drawers (was listed with them). I am embarrassed to admit, but the 2 boxes sat unopened until Christmas 2021 when my cousin visited from Cali and offered to assemble for me. That is when I realized the drawers were missing. After a lot of stalking Wayfair for the drawers (which were out of stock) and several customer service emails and calls from December 2021 through August 2022, finally got the 3 drawers here. There were some problems, but Wayfair refunded my purchase price for the tower and gave me a discount so I could buy the drawers at a reasonable price. 3 years later, I finally have this "armoire" assembled and am pleased. I did struggle with the drawer pulls initially and will give this tip in case others experience the same. Use a flat head screw driver to gently separate the piece that needs to be removed. Took me several hours to put these together as the instructions are all pics and I was being very cautious to check everything prior to assembly. Also used a phillips screw driver only, which was slow going, but I feel better using on composite wood so as to not damage the pieces. At the end of the day, these are nicely made and solid drawers with a nice weight. The aren't as perfectly aligned as I would like. 1. Easy to install and remove. If you want to accommodate heavier and more clothes, it is recommended to connect to the wall for installation to increase the load-bearing capacity. 2. More ways to install and use spaces and walls of different widths, while having more usable space, 6 oversized drawers can accommodate more sundries. 3. 14 shelves including multi-layer bag display shelves make the shape more beautiful and make it easier to build a private wardrobe. 4. The open clothes hanging rod can hang more clothes at the same time, and it will not cause problems such as mold in the clothes due to the closed space. 5. A shoe-wearing bench is attached to facilitate wearing and taking off shoes at the wardrobe rack, which is more convenient for matching the whole body shape.

This system was installed for me by a renovation crew working on my new home. I am told that it was easy to assemble and appears to be spacious and sturdy. However, it is not trimmable and was slightly too wide for the space; the website says it can be cut to fit.
