Delivery was easy and right on time, and the delivery driver communicated clearly throughout the process. The couch itself is very comfortable, with a soft and bouncy feel—not firm at all. The color is beautiful and looks great in our space. I do wish the back cushions were a bit thicker, but we plan to add a few throw pillows, which should solve that easily.
