This is an excellent product and if you have building skills, it's a breeze to put together! I bought this because it would work for my project. I was able to fully box in the pergola posts into my deck and keep everything flush mounted. The final trim and skirting have not been installed yet however, you get the idea! Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. I'm underwhelmed by this. The quality of the components and mechanical parts seems below average. The seat attachment works about 85% - i can't get it to tighten down and stay square on the bowl. The float and water inlet are the same as a house brand toilet from a big box store i got a couple months ago.
