Artesano plates sport only a miter cut edge, which makes the edge both wider and more interesting than a rounded edge. It also makes the plates look heavier than they actually are. The rice bowls are 1/4" thick, matching the plate edge and are perfectly plain. The pasta bowl is slightly thinner and has the same mitered edge. Like a diamond solitaire, this design is absolutely beautiful in its simplicity. TWO YEARS LATER: Still love the dishes, and they remain in perfect condition. Excellent purchase. I’ve been sleeping on this 10-inch medium-plush pocket coil mattress for about 3 weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the comfort and support it provides. The medium feel is the perfect balance—soft enough to cushion pressure points, yet firm enough to keep my back properly aligned. I wake up without the usual stiffness or soreness, which is a huge plus. The pocket coils make a noticeable difference. Each coil responds individually, so there’s minimal motion transfer and the mattress contours nicely to the body without feeling too soft or saggy. The pressure relief is especially good around the shoulders and hips, making it great for side sleepers but still supportive for back sleepers too. Even though it’s only 10 inches thick, it feels solid and well-built. It expands quickly after unboxing, and there was very little odor. The bed came with a cutter for the plastic that was pretty cool. It expanded fairly quickly but it takes at least 48 hours before you can use it. As shown this was after 72 hours and it expanded very nicely except for one corner as you can see it did not fill its almost as if there is no fabric behind that area.
