Beyond that, everything is customizable — with the option to add up to 12 water outlets, plus steam enhancements.

We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. We bought the Crown 310 over a year ago. It is the natural gas connected version from Broil King. Both my wife and I are retired and so most of my grilling is for just the 2 of us and the size of the bbq is about right. I grill probably 2 or 3 times a month all year depending upon occasions and dinner preferences. For personal use it is great. I have made some adjustments to the 310. I have filled in the hole/well in the bottom of the cabinet (propane tank) and have added a bar under the shelf for hanging bbq tools. These are excellent commercial grade LED bulbs which can replace traditional HID metal halide/high pressure sodium bulbs. Ballast must be bypassed, as these use just normal 120V line voltage. These burn only 10% of the power as traditional HID bulbs, yet they produce the same lumen output. Also as advertised, these feature a sliding switch which allows you to select the wattage and lumen output, a fantastic feature which allows for some customization. Another great feature of these bulbs is the fact that they can be used in many standard base light fixtures with an inexpensive (not included) E39 adapter. Great for garages and other fixtures which allow the extra space for the larger height and width of of these bulbs.
