I had purchased an 8-inch GreenPan from Wayfair previously. I recently fried tofu in that pan. Frying tofu in a stainless steel or cast iron pan was difficult because the tofu sticks too much. It was easy in the GreenPan, and cleanup was no problem. I decided I needed a bigger GreenPan. The price for the 10-inch and 12-inch set was a bargain - just $20 more than the 12-inch pan along. We have a gas range, which seems to heat up most handles and utensils. With the GreenPan, the handle stays relatively cool. The fry pan was bought to use for frying eggs every morning. There are some spots that stick. The eggs don't slide out of the pan. A spatula is needed to release. This doorknob was the perfect fit from my tiny craftsman house and felt high quality. It took me a while for to complete a project and install it, and when I did, one of the glass doorknobs immediately fell off. I tied fixing several times but could not securely reattach it, and by then product was past the 30 day return/resolve window. The doorknob and matching hinges are perfect otherwise.
