Took about 2.5 hours to put together. There is a hanging wire under (in the middle) that was lingering but I called and found out it was not important. One of the pieces arrived a bit bent but nothing crazy. The quality seems pretty solid, though we have not turned it up as the weather has been rainy lately. This is a well made grill considering it was made in China and I put it together. It did come with a few little dents from shipping which I was able to make unnoticeable.
