Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. My range arrived packaged like a faberge egg. Perfect condition yet easy to unpack. It is sleek and immediately I felt the glass top was so much higher quality than the one I had been using. Turns out that glass quality/ceramic can vary greatly and this is definitely what I was hoping for. The control panel is quite intuitive so the learning curve is easy. All the materials are sturdy, precision made and meant to provide assistance to the chef. As with most Air Fryers, there is an adaptive curve for recipes and well, I made potato chips my first time, delicious even though I was going for just air fried potatoes. It is very well insulated so the kitchen did not heat up much. Because the lower clearance is minimum, we had to have th electrician relocate our receptacle. Only took a few minutes. This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is. I really like the placement of the burners and the additional griddle and wok ring. What I want to do now is get a replacement tri-ring burner.
