I just love this little pot! The color I bought, Shallot, is like a soft pink/lavender color, and the weight of this pan is heavy, but still easily maneuverable on the stovetop. We bought this set to use on our new induction cooktop. In two weeks of use now, I’m finding that they clean up well as long as we let the pans cool down completely before washing them. Very happy with this purchase. Was looking for a ten inch wide and high sided Everyday cooking skillet. After cleaning new skillet, I heated the pan, before adding any oil on a low med heat. I added the oil To the heated pan and it coated beautifully. Then I added my vegetables to cook. Perfect, and did not stick to the pan! Cleaned up beautifully!
