Came without o ring/ gaskets and will take almost 2weeks to get replacements…meanwhile our pool sits without working pump but no one seems to care about that this is a major problem. We just installed it as we owned our pool. The plug piece came with the thumbscrew piece broken when we received it. It didnt seem to be a big issue. There was an internal part that was broken. Ensure if purchasing this item, remove all adapters etc to inspect every available part. The water inlet piece was broken but not discovered until it was installed and found to leak as there was an adapter on it that we had no reason to remove until it leaked. Wayfairs warranty period was already expired but the manufacturer stayed in contact with us and sent out a replacement heater resolving our issue. Looking forward to many months of swimming!
