I absolutely love these couches and they are the most comfortable ones we’ve owned. The armrest are a design flaw. They flop outward every time you sit down, and would not stay down, and would flop constantly. However with some 20x20 throw pillows this could also be the most cozy leather sofa in any family setting. I’ve never been more impressed to be honest.
