The only complaint I think we had when putting together is the screws labeled D were too short for some of the parts they instructed us to use them for so we used the longer one of the same size (Screw A) and it worked out. We bought this for our 7-year-old daughter, and so far it’s been great. I’m giving it four stars because it’s not perfect. I’m not entirely sure what “noise free” in the title is referring to, since it does make some noise — which is understandable — but it’s not completely silent. That said, I would still recommend it. The height is ideal — not overly tall like the one we purchased from another site for our 11-year-old son. This one allows me to stand relatively close to my daughter while she’s lying down, and it’s not so close to the ceiling that she can’t sit up without hitting her head (we have 9ish-foot ceilings).
