This clothes closet is what I needed in my clothes room - I initially had my clothes on clothes racks, but these closets just gave my closet room the look I was looking for - didn't want to put all 4 together, so I put 3 on one wall and 1 on the opposite wall - took about 6 hours to put together, don't sleep on this item - LOVE IT!. I was very hesitant to purchase this. For me, this is an expensive item. But I have to say right up front - it was worth it! First things first, you may need the jaws of life to open the packaging. It was that well packed. I’ve literally never seen flat packed furniture so well packed in my life. So there shouldn’t be any worry about it arriving damaged. Second, they said “solid wood” and they meant it. There’s not one piece of mdf in this thing. Literally the only thing I could complain about is the choice of pulls. I don’t like them. But that’s just my taste. There is nothing wrong with them. And they are so easy to replace. At the end of the day, would I buy this again? Yes. Without hesitation. Both the directions and holes predrilled were fairly easy to assemble. Due to the size it came in 3 sections but once the first was assembled it went much faster. We are pleased with armoire as far as the way it looks but the lack of the 5th star in the rating was simply due to the material in the outer pieces. The heavy-duty crossbar garment rod allows you to neatly hang your clothes up if you prefer.

It was easy to assemble with 2 people. You almost need 2 people once is starts to be mostly together. That pressed wood can be heavy. It has that cheap backing but it all fit together well. We were able to adjust the doors so they closed nicely and then to get the seam between the doors to be small and straight. It took almost 2 hours. This wardrobe is a good size and gives lots of storage for a small space. The instructions were easy to follow and it was easy to assemble, until the doors. They do have soft close which is a great addition. The hanging space is tight, no sweaters or bulky items would fit. The space is only a small amount larger than an adult hanger. Might work better for small kids clothing. The hanging space is enough for a dress or longer coat lengthwise. The hanging space does not allow for clothing to be see, only the piece in front, unless you sort through them. Shoes, purses, or folded clothing can fit in the shelving area.
