The drawer slides are a one roller front and one roller rear and while they work, they are noisy, a little rough, and when the drawer is pulled out, the drawers make a good thump when it hits the stops. Overall for the price you really can’t beat it. It took me about 2 hours to assemble everything myself, then another 1 hours to install it in the closet. My only real concern is that the clothes hanging rod attaches to the wall with drywall anchors (good) but to the cabinet with the tiniest screws you’ve ever seen. I’m worried the weight of my coats will rip the screws out of the wood eventually. Otherwise very happy with this purchase. This system was installed for me by a renovation crew working on my new home. I am told that it was easy to assemble and appears to be spacious and sturdy. If I could give a 4.5, I would. I ordered the outer closet system tower for a really low price in September 2019 and it was supposed to have the drawers (was listed with them). I am embarrassed to admit, but the 2 boxes sat unopened until Christmas 2021 when my cousin visited from Cali and offered to assemble for me. That is when I realized the drawers were missing. After a lot of stalking Wayfair for the drawers (which were out of stock) and several customer service emails and calls from December 2021 through August 2022, finally got the 3 drawers here. There were some problems, but Wayfair refunded my purchase price for the tower and gave me a discount so I could buy the drawers at a reasonable price. 3 years later, I finally have this "armoire" assembled and am pleased. I did struggle with the drawer pulls initially and will give this tip in case others experience the same. Use a flat head screw driver to gently separate the piece that needs to be removed. Took me several hours to put these together as the instructions are all pics and I was being very cautious to check everything prior to assembly. Also used a phillips screw driver only, which was slow going, but I feel better using on composite wood so as to not damage the pieces. At the end of the day, these are nicely made and solid drawers with a nice weight. The aren't as perfectly aligned as I would like. Its really sturdy, easy to put together, and came with lots of different brackets and braces to help customize it. I did end up modifying it to fit my small walk-in closet which was about 43x72 so I didnt use the two shelves that came with it. I was afraid of cutting the shelves since it did come with a warning that it should only be cut by professionals. Love my closet now. Before, there were two shallow shelves at the top and two clothing rods on either side of the closet with so much wasted space. Really impressed with how easy it was to put together. I did have to have the shelves cut down to fit my closet, but I knew that going into purchasing and I also cut down one of the metal rods as well because the far side is short shorter (by my design).
