I love this hot tub. I originally bought an inflatable hot tub and quickly discovered we loved it. So we ordered this tub. I was expecting it around May 14th to the 22nd but it came early on the 2nd. The delivery drivers were absolutely incredible. We had planned to set the tub at the far end of our gravel dirt driveway and the delivery drivers were kind enough to bring it as far as they could which was actually right next to where we were going to put it. They were wonderful and made it so easy for us to get the tub where we needed it. It is quite heavy so we had 4 guys here to help us move it after the delivery drivers left. It wasnt too bad to get it into position. My only complaint about the hot tub is the access panel screws are put in at an angle. I had to buy a right angle drill adapter to remove the screws. And some of the screws no longer catch on the panel to hold it together now. My other complaint is that the holes are large enough for rodents to get into the access panel. So we had to cover those holes in wire mesh. A minor issue but it was fixable. My biggest complaint is just the difficulty in accessing the pump. My other complaint is the cover has 3 holes on each side that go through the fabric and show the foam inside. I would think thats not right but its on both sides and the holes are in the same position on both sides and perfect circles. I dont know if those are intentional though or not.. Tyler. It works great the hydromassage system really provides a relaxing experience and has great power, and the lights make it look even better at night. Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, Im mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, theres a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25 spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update Its been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only 15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. Im on my 4th refill now. Hopefully its done with the leaching. 6 Month Update All pretty much the same as the 3 month update, but I will add that the fact that one of the drink holders is at such an angle that no drink could ever actually sit there is a bit frustrating.. Optimize recovery, boost circulation and relieve muscle tension and stress with temperature controlled therapy. That’s why we created the Sierra—the first all-in-one contrast therapy tub that lets you switch between hot and cold therapy in seconds. The Sierra is built for serious performance with a Balboa 1100W chiller maintaining your perfect cold plunge temperature, while a robust 4kW heater and 2HP jet pump ensure fast heat-up times and powerful massage action. Our advanced Joyonway touchscreen control system puts complete command at your fingertips, letting you easily adjust both hot and cold zones independently. The spa's intelligent design includes full-foam insulation on the cold side for maximum efficiency and traditional insulation on the hot side, plus convenient built-in drainage and a premium locking cover for hassle-free maintenance. Durable and ease of use, this system features a Magic Slice valve for smooth pump operation, ozonator water purification for cleaner soaking, and energy-efficient LED lighting to set the perfect mood. At 288 gallons capacity and 2,400 lbs when filled, this professional-grade unit requires 220V installation by a certified electrician but delivers unparalleled contrast therapy benefits in your own home. Whether you're an athlete seeking enhanced recovery, a busy professional needing stress relief, or simply someone who values premium wellness technology.
