The Paneled Manufactured Wood Primed Barn Door Without Installation Hardware Kit is produced using MDF medium-density fiberboard. The 2 Panel MDF barn door has the design router carved on both the front and back of the door. All hardware including sliding track and handles are sold separately. The door is primed with an in-house white primer.

The doors were very heavy, and they were not squared. I was disappointed because of the price I had to pay for each door. One side was longer, therefore, if you look at the top, they are not leveled while the bottom was. Before you put them up, check to see that they are the same length on both sides. This door requires two people to assemble, it is not a traditional one-piece barn door. Pilot holes on the door are all pre-drilled and cut. The wooden panels can junction with each other for a tight fit. It is an unfinished barn door, you can easily paint it as you wish. Please leave the door dry for at least 24 hours. The barn door will work perfectly with our sliding barn door hardware kit and door handles. The bottom of the door had a pre-cut groove to fit with the floor guide that prevented the door from swinging back and forth.

It turned out beautiful. It wasn’t too bad putting it together, just take your time and the finished product will last a lifetime. The knotty alder wood is beautiful. The package includes all the hardware kit you need to install a sliding barn door. The barn door hardware is used indoors. It is rustproof, waterproof, and fireproof. Pre-install Notice: 1. This door requires two people to assemble, and it is not a traditional one-piece barn door. 2. Pilot holes on the door are all pre-drilled and cut. The wooden panel can junction with each other for a tight fit. 3. It is an unfinished barn door, and you can easily paint it as you wish. Please leave the door dry for at least 24 hours. 4. The barn door will work correctly with our sliding barn door hardware kit and door handles. 5. The bottom of the door had a pre-cut groove to fit with the floor guide that prevents the door from swinging back and forth.

We love this door! We previously had a door that opened inward to our very tiny bathroom and this has been a huge space saver. It was super easy to paint to fit our decor and to assemble.
