These pergolas up-leveled my small back patio. I ordered two and I am very pleased with the look, ease of assembly (you need two people), and quality. The actual dimensions are closer to 9x9, so measure accordingly. I had to use two panels to screen an unsightly view, and I am awaiting delivery of two more panels. I love the pattern of light filtered through the panels. For me, this was a perfect solution. I assembled with my BF in about 2.5 hours. The challenging part was the tight space we had to work. Very happy so far! We put this pergola up one week ago and have been very happy with the aesthetic, shade, and simple functionality. Assembly was straightforward with the exception of a minor hiccup - the QR code that was supposed to link to assembly instructions did not work. We used a Mirador assembly video on YouTube as reference, and it went together relatively simply. Two people, two drills, and two ladders is the ideal assembly scenario. This will make it relatively quick and efficient. Have only tested in light rain so far, and it kept us dry as designed. This is a great pergola for the price! It was a lot to put together. One of the pieces got dented in the set up process but it’s minor. The louvred top is easy to adjust. Great value for the price. I installed it on my Sorara Mirador Pergola, and it worked well. I’d need is raising the underside height from 89” to 94”. Some of the louvers arrived with minor factory paint scratches. I reached out to Mirador for touch-up paint, but they don’t offer any.
